The Thermo Pro Valve is designed with an angled
handwheel and a shielded side safety assembly to
make the lifting of your cylinder easier. The
Thermo PRO Valve is a stand alone valve designed
for your diving pleasure.
This is a brand NEW
3,300 psi rated Thermo cylinder valve that will
fit any standard 3/4" size neck aluminum scuba
OR steel tank. These are already factory Nitrox
cleaned and can be used with yoke or DIN
regulators. This is the new style that allows
you to use it with normal yoke 1st stage
regulators, and also remove the DIN insert so it
can be used with 200 bar and 300 bar Euro style
DIN 1st stages for tech diving. This is the best
of the O2 cleaned made in Japan Nitrox ready
valves. For the
cost of a simple rebuild kit you can buy this
brand new state of the art convertible yoke and
DIN valve as a spare. Makes for a great upgrade
for older cylinders. Comes complete with new
Nitrox O-Rings. This valve will fit all 3/4" x
14 NPSM inlet thread cylinders. This would
include all std aluminum cylinders and high
pressure 3442 psi HP steel cylinders and 2400
psi LP steel cylinders. Burst disc are preset
for 3300 psi service pressure and up to 40% O2
pre-blend. Burst discs can be changed as desired
or needed.

All Thermo scuba valves are triple bright
chrome plated for maximum protection and long
lasting beauty in salt water environments. The
new Easy Grip™ handwheel is made from soft
rubber formed around a stainless steel insert.
The stainless steel insert insures positive long
lasting life. The large soft rubber ribs make it
easy to open or close the valve even while
wearing dive gloves.
All Thermo scuba valves come with a
one-piece safety plug assembly which eliminates
the possibility of mismatched components and can
be used on all prior versions of Thermo scuba
valves. This greatly reduces the likelihood of
accidental “double disking” of the safety
assembly and protects the integrity of your
diving cylinder. The safety device is shielded
by the valve body to avoid damage during
transportation or while diving.
All Thermo scuba valves come with a high
pressure plug and seat assembly manufactured
from a high tensile brass alloy and the threaded
area is coated with Teflon™. Both the material
and the Teflon coating insure a lube-less,
smooth operation and prolongs the life of your
valve! During the manufacturing process, every
valve is pressure tested under high pressure to
test for leaks and ease of operation at
operating pressures.
