Do NOT assume the
internet is less expensive! We are forbidden to publish some discounted
selling prices due to OEM contractual agreements. Most of the products
we carry can be shipped directly to you. You must call us for the most
current prices and availability. We can usually match, or beat any
advertised MAP item from any authorized internet dealer or store on
current items. Just provide us with the printed ad copy or web address |
| QUALITY:
We do NOT
sell factory seconds, re-packs, gray market, or defective products like
some business. It is impossible to show at this website all of the 3,500
products that we can provide due to space limitations. You may have
noticed that there are several brand names of equipment we DO NOT want
to carry due to inherit quality control, service, or delivery issues. If
we don't sell it, there is usually a good reason |

SECURITY:
Unfortunately, there is nothing currently absolutely secure when using
the internet with credit card numbers that could be obtained by
unauthorized parties. This is why we DO NOT utilize a shopping cart
system. To insure your safety, we suggest using our secure shopping
cart, or just calling us with your order in to prevent any possible
future identity theft problems |
PRIVACY
POLICY: We
do not track, install cookies, collect, rent, resell, or distribute any
of your credit card, or personal information to anyone. Because we DO
NOT store any customer credit card numbers for security reasons, you
will be required to provide them each time you place an order with us.
The only exception is the general Contact information required to
process, and validate your mfg. factory warranty on hardware items as
required
under federal consumer notification laws. As much as we hate "Spam"
their may come a time in the future when some equipment supplier might
have to notify you concerning a product recall or upgrade. |

Life support products should only be purchased for nationally certified
divers. Unlike many internet mail order sellers, we are authorized
dealers, and you will obtain a real factory warranty, and excellent
support on all products sold by us. We also have No-hassle gift
certificates for gift providers who may not know what exact products
will meet the needs of the person receiving the gift. These represent a

items shown here may be restricted for export due to Homeland Security
regulations. Some countries where the citizens have lost their rights
and freedom like in Australia & England & Middle East & Canada and in
Calif. USA have extremely restrictive laws concerning spearguns &

or device more technically advanced than a rock can be abused or misused

& INTERNATIONAL:
FedEx
ground & Air service with insurance & tracking number is available
anywhere in the continental United States and most of Canada. For
outside the USA, such as Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, and
the UK, we suggest USPS to keep the shipping costs reasonable. Export
approval will be on a case by case basis. Be aware that shipping time is
much slower, and the risk higher with USPS service. Your complete
shipping address will be required for an accurate shipping price quote |

EXCHANGE POLICY:
Our gear return
policy is simple, if you're not satisfied with any scuba product, you
may return it to us unused within 10 days from the date it was shipped.
Call us to obtain a return authorization number. The product must be
unused, in new re-sellable condition, and include all packing &
documentation for an exchange. Because of our low overhead discounted
price structure, we cannot issue cash refunds. We can only issue an in
store credit or exchange for returns. All shipping charges are the
responsibility of the customer. If you have questions concerning a
product, please contact us BEFORE you place your order! This is why we
have the knowledgeable people working here. Mistakes can be frustrating
and expensive if the shipping is outside the USA |
