Shipping Policy

SHIPPING: Most in-stock orders can be shipped the next business day when FedEx Ground service is utilized. (excluding holidays & weekends) We can only ship products to the actual credit card billing address. We cannot drop ship products to any different address. All products with a declared value over $50.00 or those shipped to an apartment or business address will require a signature for the shipper to release the package. Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to customer. Shipping charges are not refundable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International shipping is handled by USPS Global Express Mail on approved PayPal and Pre-paid orders. APO address requires USPS priority. Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to customer. This website cart system is limited to sales within the USA only. For sales outside of the USA you must contact us via email and provide a detailed list of the items you would like to purchase, including your complete name and shipping address for shipping approval. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. Customers must be sure to communicate correct shipping address in English to provide a successful delivery. 

DELIVERY TIME: Your products will typically arrive at your door within 14 days to a US zip code. If you request to receive your order in less than 14 days from now, you will be charged extra for high speed shipping in order to get it to you in time. All domestic shipping within the USA is handled by FedEx unless going to a P. O. Box then the order must be shipped by slower USPS service. 

CUSTOMS DUTY: We are NOT responsible for shipping or custom delays, or your countries duty taxes. The buyer is responsible for all taxes and duties as required under your laws. 

INSURANCE: Insurance is only available for deliveries using FedEx within the USA.

Some select USPS locations using Global Express can obtain insurance up to $100.00 value or more.

PAYMENT: We accept MasterCard, and VISA and PayPal payment to confirmed shipping address only. We DO NOT accept American Express or suspect money orders for payment. Those placing orders from Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Holland, Italy, Australia will be reviewed before approval. 

PRICES: We are NOT responsible for typo errors and price changes. All prices shown at this website are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion if an item is priced incorrectly. Customers can only cancel orders BEFORE they have been delivered to the carrier. 

AVAILABILITY: Stock is subject to prior sale and our stock changes frequently. You can contact us by email to confirm product availability before you place your order on most items. 

EXCHANGES: You must obtain a RAN number BEFORE returning a product. Pre-authorized product exchanges must show the return authorization number on the outside of the box or it will be rejected without exchange or credit. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred. 

TAXES: Currently, if we are shipping your order out of state, it may not be subject to local sales tax. Those orders being delivered within the state of Texas are by law subject to the 8.25% sales tax that will be collected. 

WARRANTY: Some products will include a written a factory warranty, and other products maybe sold without any warranty expressed or implied. You can research warranty terms directly as warranty information is usually published at the product manufacturers official website for your review. Because we have no control on how any given product may be used or misused after it is shipped, we do NOT provide any specific warranty for fitness or purpose on any products sold.
