1. Who is www.UniversalDistributors.US and can I come to your store? We do have a retail location open to the public located at 14230 Westheimer Houston, Texas. Most products are available at our Houston show room and can be picked up in person to save shipping costs. 2. How long has www.UniversalDistributors.US been business? We have been in Houston since 1975 offering name brand, new products, with real factory warranties. The direct sales division Scuba Discount has been in business since 2001. 3. What if I purchase a defective product? We don't ship defective products, just factory fresh new dealer inventory that has been inspected and tested. We can repair or replace most defective items under the factory warranty. 4. Where can I get this equipment serviced or components assembled? We assemble hardware at No additional Charge. Service is available through ANY local authorized dealer, or can be obtained directly at our Houston service center. Call for details. 5. Do you have restocking charges? We have a 25% restock charge on non defective items to cover our handling costs, and to prevent abuse of our low overhead marketing standards. 6. Can I exchange a product if I am not happy with it? Yes, within 10 days of our shipping date. If your not sure a specific item will meet your needs, contact us via e-mail first. We have the expert instructors that can help. 7. I am interested is taking Scuba lessons to become a certified diver, who do I contact? Can you export Scuba products outside of the USA? We ship world wide every day with FedEx and USPS service. Credit cards VISA and Master CardC can be used for products being sold within the USA and most parts of Canada only. Others outside of the USA payments require approved Pay Pal or Western Union. 9. Can all the products shown be exported? Some items like LaserMax NATO products cannot be exported outside the USA. Some models of knives with double edge blades are restricted purchase items in Canada, Australia, and the Middle East. |
